Founding Story
Founder, John Bianchi was inspired to start his own practice after years of experience in Toronto law firms, gaining experience in everything from real estate, insurance and wills and estates to personal injury, product liability and corporate litigation. John wanted to offer an elevated client experience, utilizing his well-honed, diverse legal skills to advocate on their behalf.

Graduating from Schulich School of Business with a B.B.A. and Thomas M. Cooley Law School with a J.D., I’ve been called to both the New York and Ontario bars. I began my career acting as a solicitor with a focus on real estate, corporate law and wills and estates. From there, I joined one of Canada’s largest insurance defence firms as an associate. I expanded my knowledge and experiential base acting as a barrister and litigating matters such as property damage, business disputes, product liability and personal injury. I acted as counsel in matters before the Ontario Superior Court and various other administrative tribunals.
Today, I focus on legal work ranging from corporate, family office matters, residential and commercial real estate, wills and estates, labour, litigation, and more.
